ROOF - APPROVED IN VILLAGE

Roof colors approved are listed in the ARC Guidelines under A. Roofs - black. gray and brown along with details of the types and styles approved.  The ARC requires a sample of the roof material along with the manufacturer and style of the specific roof proposed.  The ARC will review this information to assure that the roof material meets the current ARC Guidelines and is acceptable for our Coastal environment as to wind rating, etc.
