HOA MEETINGS

HOA Meetings are held monthly typically on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:30 am unless otherwise stated.  The meetings are held at the Clubhouse and a ZOOM meeting is also provided for those who cannot attend in person.  The meeting is announced the week of and the Agenda is forwarded to the community.  If you would like to receive information about the meetings, communications, copies of minutes, etc., please be sure your updated email information is provided on the Priestley Management website at www.priestleymanagement.com.

The Annual meeting is typically held in October each year and is announced in advance for those who wish to attend.  There are currently 5 board members who serve 2-year terms.  Elections are held at the annual meeting.
