HOA MEETINGS
HOA Meetings are held typically held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:30 am unless otherwise stated. The meetings are held at the Clubhouse (when water is on) and via ZOOM meeting. The meeting is announced the week of and the Agenda is forwarded to the community. If you would like to receive information about the meetings, communications, copies of minutes, etc., please be sure your updated email information is provided on the Priestley Management website at www.priestleymanagement.com.
Monthly meeting minutes are also posted on the Priestley Management website.
The Annual meeting is typically held in the third Saturday in October each year and is announced in advance for those who wish to attend. There are currently 5 board members who serve 2-year terms. Elections results are announced at the annual meeting.
