Architectural

The HOA Architectural Committee is comprised of homeowner's in The Village. The ARC Committee spends a great deal of time to be sure that requests for building and improvements meet the requirements of The Village Covenants and ARC Guidelines. They are here to help you! If ever you have a question or need guidance on building or improvements, please reach out to the Committee or use the contact page on this site. Submission of an ARC Application is required for building or improvements to any structure. You can find the ARC Application on the Resources page or by going to the Priestley Management website at www.priestleymanagement.com

Landscaping

The Village grounds are beautifully manicured, we take a great deal of pride in the upkeep of common areas. The Landscaping committee is led by Becky Bowman who volunteers her time to meet with the landscapers and provides suggestions for the beautiful grounds in The Village.

Social

Our Social Committee, is to help coordinate community events in order to unite the community. They have coordinated Bocce ball events, Pot Lucks, Ceremonial Pool Opening, outings to new restaurants, etc. These events are usually coordinated along with monthly meetings. Check meeting agendas to see when events are scheduled!

Communication & Technology

This Committee was created this website along with provide regular communications about the community to homeowner's. Our communications are posted on this site for your convenience.

Maintenance/Rebuild

There is a lot of volunteer work involved with keeping our community up to date and in good order, not to mention beautiful. Thanks to all those who have spent countless hours volunteering in our community! This Committee identifies areas that need repair, rebuild or overall maintenance. They meet with contractors and collect quotes/bids for the BoA approval.
